Elena Clausen, a seasoned HR strategist and managing director, fuels Pierce’s growth through her unwavering dedication, organizational prowess, and over 2 decades of industry experience. Before joining Pierce more than 16 years ago, Elena served as the human resources specialist of a tri-state real estate company, and previously as a manager of Chef’s International.  She earned her BA in Psychology from Montclair State University and holds a Master of Arts in Psychology – Human Behavior and Organizational Psychology from Kean University.

 

Elena stands as the linchpin of Pierce’s human resources department. Her role encompasses overseeing HR functions, payroll, compliance, and fostering seamless client and consultant interactions. Through her leadership, Elena offers invaluable assistance in cultivating client relationships, contributing to Pierce’s remarkable growth journey.
