Hannah’s academic background in Psychology has equipped her with a deep understanding of human behavior, communication, and interpersonal dynamics. This knowledge is invaluable when it comes to identifying the right IT talent and ensuring they are a great fit for both the technical requirements and team culture.

 

Hannah’s career path started in the field of legal services, where she honed her skills in research, analysis, and attention to detail. Her interest in technology developed organically over the years and led her to Pierce, where she could leverage her people skills and understanding of human behavior to match top IT talent with the organizations that need them most.  Her diverse background has made Hannah highly adaptable, able to navigate the ever-evolving IT landscape, and connect with individuals from various professional backgrounds.  Psychology has taught her the art of effective communication, enabling her to build strong relationships with candidates and clients, fostering trust and collaboration.
