Her minor in advertising has also provided her with insights into branding strategies. Armed with this diverse educational background, she has excelled in identifying top talent across various industries, matching candidates with roles that not only align with their skills, but also resonate with their professional aspirations.  Throughout her career, Nicole has demonstrated a keen ability to understand the needs of both clients and candidates, fostering strong, long-lasting partnerships that drive success for all parties involved.
