A dynamic professional, Nicole has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Delaware, complemented by minors in Advertising and Psychology.  Nicole’s journey in the world of recruitment has been shaped by her academic pursuits, delving into the intricacies of human interaction, understanding the nuances of effective communication and the psychology behind decision-making processes. Her minor in advertising has also provided her with insights into branding strategies. Armed with this diverse educational background, she has excelled in identifying top talent across various industries, matching candidates with roles that not only align with their skills, but also resonate with their professional aspirations.  Throughout her career, Nicole has demonstrated a keen ability to understand the needs of both clients and candidates, fostering strong, long-lasting partnerships that drive success for all parties involved. Beyond her professional endeavors, Nicole, a devoted dog lover and avid soccer player, has actively contributed to her university and community through her involvement in various extracurricular activities, exhibiting her commitment to social responsibility and community service.
